Bell Bank implemented AIP’s Portfolio Overview Suite to surface key performance metrics for servicers and AIP’s Lien Alert Suite to deliver instant notifications about lien-related indicators, alongside MSP capabilities that cover loan boarding through default.
Architecturally the implementation leverages MSP’s integration with the AIP analytics layer to surface portfolio signals into servicing workflows, enabling algorithmic alerting and operational monitoring. The configuration emphasizes portfolio monitoring, exception notification routing and servicing case management integration, impacting mortgage servicing operations, risk monitoring, IT operations and compliance workflows.
Governance and operational intent were aligned to use AIP analytics to drive who is notified and what actions are initiated next, with Black Knight positioning ongoing MSP updates to support growth and compliance. Bell Bank and Black Knight stated the implementation is intended to increase operational efficiency, help reduce risk, decrease IT operating costs, identify portfolio opportunities, and improve responsiveness to lien risks in order to protect real estate assets.
