Beyond Bank used the cloud native, cloud agnostic, API first Temenos Infinity Onboarding & Origination Journey Manager to build a single, mobile friendly onboarding flow that consolidated nine separate banking products. Configuration centered on Journey Manager driven forms and decision logic to digitalize as many onboarding steps as possible, enabling online document capture and stepwise progress through account opening workflows.
The new onboarding platform was deeply integrated into CRM and other bank systems to support lead handling, customer data synchronization, and downstream account provisioning, preserving continuity between digital channels and branch operations. Operational coverage included mobile and web channels for customer self service, with a defined fallback to branch based identity validation when electronic documents were not available.
Governance and process restructuring emphasized a standardized, secure onboarding journey and accelerated digitalization of acquisition workflows, aligning product origination, compliance checks, and branch verification touchpoints. Outcomes explicitly included the ability for customers to complete onboarding steps online before visiting a branch for identity validation and account opening with just a few taps on a phone, enabled by Temenos Infinity Onboarding & Origination and the broader Temenos Infinity platform.
