Operational scope covered the finance function across the organisation, incorporating income administration, VAT returns and sales ledger operations. System responsibilities were layered into day-to-day processing for one Finance Officer and three Finance Assistants.
Governance and process work included VAT returns, updates and compliance with charity and housing sector frameworks, and led system improvement initiatives for SUN systems and connected third-party providers.
