In 2023 Bildeve implemented VCRS TACDIS as its primary Dealership Management application to support a centralized claims center operating from Helsingborg. The deployment scope explicitly covers the company service footprint that includes eight bodyshops, six car painters, and associated support functions, and the application is positioned to manage claims-driven workshop operations across that site.
VCRS TACDIS was configured to support end-to-end claims workflows, including customer intake across phone email and face-to-face channels, work order creation and scheduling for the claims workshop, and invoicing of repair orders. Configuration focused on modular capabilities typical of Dealership Management systems, namely claims workflow orchestration, workshop booking and resource planning, and customer communication and documentation management.
Operational workflows run alongside claims estimation activity in Cabas, with job postings indicating staff calculate claims in Cabas while Tacdis is used for booking and invoicing tasks. The implementation accommodates close cooperation with insurance companies by aligning TACDIS workflows to insurer validation and approval touchpoints and by surfacing insurer correspondence for Claims Advisors and workshop planners.
Governance and rollout centered on standardizing intake processes and clarifying role responsibilities for Claims Advisors, bodyshop technicians and painters within the claims center. Training emphasis reflected the recruitment profile for the Helsingborg Claims Advisor role, which seeks experienced bodyshop or claims advisors with at least five years of experience and notes that knowledge in Cabas or Tacdis is an advantage.
