Architecture and operational infrastructure were formalized with new Windows 2008 servers and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 instances, proxy servers to support an external careers site, and comprehensive environment architecture documentation. Testing disciplines documented and executed included Integration, System, Performance and User Acceptance testing, supported by technical design documents for customizations.
Governance and rollout control included a technical project plan, cutover plan, environment architecture document and security design, with staged upgrade passes and post production support procedures.
