NASCO Processing System configuration extended to SharePoint based artifacts with over 100 lists, libraries and automated workflows to operationalize administrative processes. Operational scope for the NASCO Processing System encompassed vendor and staffing partner coordination, reflecting world-wide relationships between NASCO and Tier I and Tier II staffing partners and consulting vendors managed on the account. The system supported business functions across vendor management, HR onboarding and off-boarding, procurement related contract administration, and finance through integrated reconciliation and reporting capabilities. Governance changes implemented alongside the NASCO Processing System focused on formalizing contract development and compliance audit processes, establishing security access management procedures, and applying business process engineering to standardize workflows. Implementation ownership emphasized ongoing maintenance of SharePoint workflow assets and decision support tooling to sustain administrative control and process consistency within Business Operations Management.
