The program was executed in collaboration with Minsait an Indra company and focused on automating management of commercial contracts, off-invoice conditions and provision calculations across its Spanish operations with implications for EMEA price management and finance functions. Vistex Price Management was implemented using SAP Extended Price Management by Vistex as the primary module, configuring contract management workflows, condition processing for off-invoice discounts and provision calculation routines. Configuration work emphasized rules-based price calculation and orchestration of rebate and settlement processing alongside month-end projection feeds for finance. The deployment integrated the Vistex module into the SAP application landscape to align transactional pricing with financial posting and monthly close procedures, with Minsait responsible for configuration and cutover activities. Operational coverage included commercial, pricing and finance teams in Spain and provided linkage for EMEA reporting and consolidation processes. Governance shifted toward centralized pricing rules and contract approval workflows to reduce manual reconciliation between commercial and finance teams, with Minsait and Vistex coordinating rollout governance. The implementation improved margin control and monthly closing projections as reported in the project notes. |
