In 2020, Bonprix implemented milch & zucker BeeSite Recruiting Edition as part of a relaunch of the bonprix career website under the Stay courageous brand, with the new site going live on April 16th. The project delivered a public career portal that is responsive and optimized for mobile devices, the front end automatically recognizes the device used to access it and adapts page navigation and design accordingly.
The deployment centered on milch & zucker BeeSite Recruiting Edition and its Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System capabilities, combining a career-site content layer with job catalog and candidate application workflows. The implementation included employer branding templates, mobile-first page layouts, structured application forms and candidate-facing navigation, while the applicant tracking oriented functions provide recruitment workflow orchestration and basic candidate lifecycle handling through the same product. The full product name milch & zucker BeeSite Recruiting Edition is used to manage both site presentation and applicant intake.
Architecturally the solution was delivered as a centralized career-site experience with an adaptive front end and a content management configuration that allowed HR and recruiting teams to publish vacancies and update employer messaging without code changes. Operational scope targeted bonprix recruitment and employer branding needs across its markets, aligning the career site with the companys broader e-commerce presence that serves customers in 30 countries.
Governance was organized around HR and talent acquisition ownership for content and process, with the rollout scheduled to meet the April 16th go-live milestone and to support ongoing updates to job listings and candidate flows.
