The implementation integrated Workday Benefits with Workday payroll and payroll administration processes to centralize benefits and pay calculations, and it aligned with historical time and attendance migrations from iTime to WorkBrain and then to Kronos to ensure consistent workforce time capture. The project assisted in coordinating localized payroll and timekeeping responsibilities with MGM Corporate Offices to consolidate reporting and operational ownership. Project governance was led by the Accounting Departments project team, which directed configuration, testing and payroll cutover activities and coordinated union reporting, regulatory compliance and corporate reporting obligations. The governance model formalized centralized ownership for W2 issuance and workman’s comp audit support while transitioning localized responsibilities into a corporate operational structure.
