The implementation enabled client teams, project managers, and insight analysts to collaborate during live sessions through observer channels and to consume searchable transcripts and tagged moments after sessions. Rollout followed a pilot to scale path, with phased expansion from initial studies to hundreds of interviews and standardized use of automated transcription and moment-tagging to speed insight-sharing. The Discuss.io Platform is positioned as an Application, Web and Enterprise Search solution for centralizing video interview assets and searchable qualitative data, supporting faster distribution of findings across client-facing and internal research workflows.
