In 2020 Brand Potential adopted the Discuss.io Platform to run market research and consumer insights projects across EMEA and APAC. The implementation began in April 2020 and moved rapidly from pilot projects to managing hundreds of live video interviews, establishing the Discuss.io Platform as the primary application for qualitative research workflows.
The deployment centered on live moderated interviews, observer and backroom chat for client-side visibility, automated transcription, and moment-tagging to accelerate insight capture. Discuss.io Platform session management and recording capabilities were configured to support repeated study runs and synchronous moderation, with moment-tagging used to index video segments for faster review and reporting.
Operational coverage included Brand Potential research teams supporting enterprise B2C clients across EMEA and APAC, with qualitative research and marketing research functions directly impacted. The implementation enabled client teams, project managers, and insight analysts to collaborate during live sessions through observer channels and to consume searchable transcripts and tagged moments after sessions.
Rollout followed a pilot to scale path, with phased expansion from initial studies to hundreds of interviews and standardized use of automated transcription and moment-tagging to speed insight-sharing. The Discuss.io Platform is positioned as an Application, Web and Enterprise Search solution for centralizing video interview assets and searchable qualitative data, supporting faster distribution of findings across client-facing and internal research workflows.
