The Magenta POS environment interfaced with SAP for financial and inventory reconciliation, leveraged Windows Active Directory for user authentication, and coexisted with Microsoft Exchange for communications. Day to day governance and support responsibilities included remote and on site technical support across New Zealand stores and offices, coordination with third party vendors to complete service requests and projects, administration of the Unify phone system, and oversight of backups and server maintenance.
