The Group began its digital transformation in 2017 with the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and continued the process with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in 2018 for 187 users across the globe.

The implementation process of SAP SuccessFactors was quick and seamless, allowing Brad Cowling, General Manager for People and Culture at Burra Foods Australia, and the team to hit the ground running. From the commencement of the implementation process of the first module (Employee Central) to final go-live, this was all achieved in a period of 6-8 weeks. Immediate benefits were seen with 98% of staff taking up the HCM Cloud solution in the first week.

To support them in their expanding international presence, Burra Foods selected SAP SuccessFactors to transition what it was a 100% manual HR function to a strategic part of the business. Outcome and Implications
