The screening service was integrated into Camping World recruitment and onboarding processes, with explicit partnership links managed between Accurate Background and the company electronic onboarding ecosystem led by ADP, and with the ATS and learning management components of the broader HCM footprint. Screening results and operational metrics were surfaced into HR reporting, complementing Power BI and ADP Data Cloud dashboards used by HR and executive stakeholders for visibility into hires and compliance.
Governance and operational ownership rested with HR Operations, which negotiated and managed the Accurate Background relationship as part of a suite of vendor partnerships. Processes were restructured to embed background screening into requisition-to-hire workflows, to support rapid store openings and acquisition-related hiring across the United States, and to centralize compliance oversight with the internal employment legal team.
These HR systems and vendor partnerships, which included Accurate Background for background checking, were part of a broader program of HR service delivery and process optimization that delivered stated annual cash flow improvements and contributed to recognition of Camping World HR, including the 2021 ADP Innovation Award.
