In 2015, Capriza implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment addressed the ERP Financial needs of the professional services firm, centralizing finance and accounting across its United States operations for a company of about 100 employees and $10,000,000 in revenue.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation concentrated on core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, fixed assets and financial reporting. The implementation tailored standard ERP Financial controls and automation to align with professional services billing and revenue processes.
Architecture was provisioned using NetSuite cloud SaaS infrastructure, positioning Oracle NetSuite ERP as the central transactional and reporting platform for finance operations. The solution was configured to centralize transaction processing, automate accounting workflows and produce consolidated financial statements.
Governance and rollout were structured around finance process ownership, formalized accounting procedures and targeted end user training to standardize workflows within the finance function. Ongoing administration focused on configuration management and security role provisioning to maintain financial controls.
