| JobAdder | Ascender PeopleStreme eRecruit | JobAdder ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, CARESuper implemented JobAdder ATS as its Applicant Tracking System, replacing Ascender PeopleStreme eRecruit and exposing the application workflow directly on CARESuper's public careers site. The deployment scoped recruitment activity for the HR and talent acquisition teams across the Australian organization of about 200 employees. As configured, CARESuper JobAdder ATS Applicant Tracking System serves HR and talent acquisition functions and is the primary candidate intake channel on the corporate careers page.
The JobAdder ATS deployment centralized standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job requisition posting, candidate application intake via an embedded careers portal, resume parsing, candidate profile management, configurable hiring workflows, and interview scheduling automation. Configuration prioritized career site integration and application form hosting, with JobAdder ATS used as the primary candidate-facing entry point and the system of record for open roles.
Operational integration was implemented as a web-hosted careers endpoint, evidenced by JobAdder apply URLs surfaced on CARESuper's site, making JobAdder ATS the canonical applicant repository and workflow engine for open roles. The operational coverage included HR, recruitment coordinators, and hiring managers, with role-based access and candidate stage visibility managed within JobAdder ATS.
Governance was adjusted to align hiring approvals and candidate data handling to the ATS workflow, consolidating candidate records and standardizing stages and owner responsibilities inside JobAdder ATS. No system integrator partner was listed for the 2022 deployment, and the implementation narrative centers on JobAdder ATS as the Applicant Tracking System driving CARESuper recruitment activity on its website.

In 2017, CARESuper implemented Microsoft 365 for Collaboration to centralize communications and content for the Australian superannuation fund. The Microsoft 365 deployment followed a cloud SaaS tenancy model and provisioned core collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online email, SharePoint Online intranet and document management, OneDrive for Business file sync, Microsoft Teams for real-time meetings and chat, and Office desktop and web applications, consistent with Collaboration category functionality. Microsoft 365 is also surfaced on CARESuper's public website for selected content and engagement workflows, indicating use of the platform for both internal collaboration and public-facing content delivery.
The implementation targeted internal business functions and corporate teams, including member services, to support knowledge management, secure document sharing, and meeting orchestration. Administration and governance were executed through Microsoft 365 tenant controls with role-based administration, email and sharing policies, and platform compliance tooling typical of the service. The resulting architecture consolidated messaging, file services, and collaboration under Microsoft 365, aligning CARESuper Collaboration capabilities with cloud-first operational controls and governance.

In 2016, CARESuper implemented Hotjar on its public website to capture member interaction patterns as part of its Customer Experience tooling. The deployment of Hotjar centralized client-side behavioral instrumentation across CARESuper web properties, positioning Hotjar as a focal analytics layer for session-level observation and qualitative feedback. This implementation explicitly applied to the company website rather than back-office systems, focusing on digital member touchpoints.
Hotjar was configured to provide session replays, heatmaps, conversion funnel visibility, and on-site feedback collection, supporting digital experience, product, and marketing decision workflows. The architecture relied on web page instrumentation and browser-based data capture, with captured insights consumed by digital teams for UX triage and prioritization, and governed through analytics ownership and access controls. CARESuper’s use of Hotjar reflects a category-aligned approach to Customer Experience, using behavioral analytics to inform website optimization and member engagement efforts.
