The deployment was executed via CHAMP Cargosystems and targeted operations and BSS related workflows that underpin cargo processing and backend transaction flows. Riverbed SteelCentral Transaction Analyzer was configured to provide transaction level tracing and application response time analysis across the enterprise network, giving operations teams centralized visibility into application latency and top level transaction failure points. The implementation emphasized transaction analysis, end to end performance validation, and automated capture of problem events to accelerate fault isolation and validation of remediation. Integrations focused on instrumenting the cargo operations stack and backend systems used by operations and support teams, with monitoring coverage spanning LAN and WAN segments. Governance and operational processes were adjusted to incorporate instrumented diagnostics into incident triage, and within months the Cargolux team achieved much faster problem isolation, a large drop in performance related helpdesk tickets, and significant improvements in select application response times.
