Operational coverage focused on finance, procurement, inventory control, and sales teams, creating a single transactional system to support order to cash and procure to pay workflows within CEM Global LLC.
Governance and rollout encompassed cutover planning, reconciliation cycles, user acceptance testing, and role based access configuration, with Consensus International coordinating technical migration and go live activities.
