In 2016, Cencosud implemented SAP HCM for Core HR, establishing SAP HCM as the primary application for HR operations within CENCOSUD PERU S.A. The deployment focused on centralizing personnel administration and organizational data in the SAP HCM environment to support human resources management across the Peruvian business unit.
