The configuration aligned HCM data models and personnel administration processes with manufacturing workforce needs and statutory reporting requirements in India.
The project was implemented and has been supported since January 2016 with SAP acting as the system integrator, and ongoing operational support provided through a combination of HR and IT governance. Senior consultant level SAP HCM resources are noted on the engagement, providing configuration, support, and continuous maintenance for the Core HR deployment.
