In 2015, Certified Federal Credit Union deployed Finastra UltraData Enterprise to serve as its core platform in Credit Union Management. The implementation established Finastra UltraData Enterprise as the financial core system supporting account servicing, core ledger tasks, and routine transaction processing across retail operations.

Operational coverage extended to onsite support for help desk and end-user staff, administration of backups and replication, and management of peripheral services such as desktop software and printers.
Governance and operational controls centered on ensuring IT system compliance with NCUA yearly system audits, providing onsite assistance to support staff, and codifying automation for routine operational tasks. The environment emphasized maintainable backup and replication procedures, documented document imaging integration with Onbase, and scripted automation maintained by IT staff.
