Governance and process changes centered on role-based responsibilities for lead collection specialists and AR staff, routine issuance of collection letters, and structured review steps to release orders from credit hold within Epicor Prelude. Workflows were instrumented to coordinate dispute resolution and cash application tasks across finance and warehouse teams.
