Functional modules and configured workflows included dispute handling for shortages, damages, and RMA processing, generation of daily collection letters, and formal review and release of orders from credit hold. The implementation included payment processing linkage, working on Epicor Prelude and TCM apply payments to record and allocate receipts into accounts receivable. Operational coverage spanned credit and collections, accounts receivable, warehouse coordination, and customer service, with lead collection specialists managing approximately four warehouse accounts aged 60 to 90 days. Governance and process changes centered on role-based responsibilities for lead collection specialists and AR staff, routine issuance of collection letters, and structured review steps to release orders from credit hold within Epicor Prelude. Workflows were instrumented to coordinate dispute resolution and cash application tasks across finance and warehouse teams.
