| Mercer | Legacy | Mercer Mettl 360 View | Employee Engagement | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 | In 2021, Ceylon Biscuits Limited, operating as CBL Group, implemented Mercer Mettl 360 View to digitalize multi rater feedback and to create competency linked individual development plans across Sri Lanka. The deployment targeted Employee Engagement use cases within HR and L&D, positioning Mercer Mettl 360 View as the central assessment and development tool for the organization. The implementation configured automated 360 surveys, competency frameworks mapped to role profiles, and templated individual development plan workflows, with analytics and reporting to translate survey results into structured IDPs. Mercer Mettl 360 View was used to run recurring assessment cycles and to provide consolidated feedback dashboards for line managers and learning teams. Operational scope covered HR and L&D functions across CBL Group’s Sri Lanka sites, with centralized governance to standardize survey instruments and to operationalize the conversion of assessment outputs into IDPs and leadership development tracks. The automated 360 surveys led to an approximately fourfold increase in the number of employees assessed and produced assessment data used to shape structured IDPs and leadership development initiatives. |
