In 2014, Chameleon Group deployed Grasp AI Assist to establish a conversational layer for customer-facing workflows. Grasp AI Assist was implemented as a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution to support customer service and sales engagement across the firm’s digital touchpoints.
The Grasp AI Assist deployment included core Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities such as natural language understanding for intent detection, intent routing to scripted flows, a knowledge base driven response engine, templated response libraries, and automated agent handoff for live support. The configuration emphasized conversation orchestration and session context management to maintain multi-turn dialogues and to support sales and support agents with suggested replies and conversation history.
