This integration pattern supported end to end operational coverage from Head Office project controllers through on site delivery teams and procurement functions. Governance and rollout were driven through a formal IT project management construct, with the IT Project Manager role responsible for project mobilisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance using PRINCE2 and agile scrum techniques. The IT team used these governance forums to evaluate further cloud adoption and prepare business proposals for future platform and infrastructure changes, while ensuring IT prioritisation through business steering groups.
