| HighRadius | Legacy | RadiusOne AR Suite | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, CITGO deployed RadiusOne AR Suite from HighRadius to augment SAP Credit Management as an AR Automation solution for credit and risk management. The initiative targeted the credit organization and cross-functional stakeholders to remove manual processing, improve policy enforcement, and create a proactive credit decisioning capability.
The RadiusOne AR Suite implementation configured credit rules to automatically calculate customer risk scores and recommended credit limits, and it established credit workflows to prioritize reviews and orchestrate approvals. The deployment used standard, SAP certified automation enhancements to preserve SAP master data fidelity while introducing automated scoring, limit calculation, and workflow-driven exceptions handling.
Integration design centered on real time ERP data exchange with SAP to ensure decisions reflected current invoicing, payments, and exposure, and to maintain single source of truth for customer financials. Operational coverage emphasized the credit department with embedded collaboration across finance and sales teams to resolve holds and disputes faster through workflow tasking.
Governance and rollout followed a structured methodology that delivered the project on time and on budget, with configuration governance to enforce credit policy and compliance via rules and audit trails. Outcomes reported included improved risk management, enhanced operational efficiency, a shift from reactive to proactive credit controls, and materially reduced interdepartmental communication bottlenecks that enabled double productivity in key credit workflows.

In 2012, Citgo implemented Aspen PIMS as Planning Software to support a technical project to size and purchase a control valve intended to prevent water hammer. The engagement involved the economics and planning department, and Aspen PIMS was used to calculate break even values that informed specification and purchasing choices.
Aspen PIMS was applied for planning and process economics modeling, using scenario and break even analysis capabilities typical of Planning Software to quantify tradeoffs between valve performance and capital cost. Outputs from Aspen PIMS were used to parameterize technical sizing inputs and to align commercial assumptions with engineering requirements, supporting coordinated decision making between planners and procurement stakeholders.
Change governance was executed through a management of change process, where Aspen PIMS outputs fed the MOC documentation and cross functional review steps. The implementation scope was departmental, centered on economics and planning functions, and the system was used as an analytical decision support tool to justify the control valve purchase and to document the economic rationale within the MOC workflow.
