The program included advisory review of award interpretation specific to Australian industrial awards, and alignment with a new Time & Attendance deployment using Kronos Dimensions alongside a parallel payroll implementation with Aurion.
Operational scope centered on HR and payroll functions, with governance run through HR Projects to coordinate award interpretation, payroll cutover sequencing and time collection alignment. The implementation emphasized data reconciliation workflows and role-based access between UKG Dimensions HR, Kronos Dimensions Time & Attendance, and Aurion payroll to support ongoing HR-to-payroll handoffs and attendance-driven pay processing.
