The implementation followed an initial CGI Advantage Financial Management engagement, with the financial module achieving go live in July 2007, and HR and payroll delivered in subsequent phased releases. The HR deployment focused on personnel administration and payroll capabilities consistent with Core HR workflows, including employee records, payroll interface points, and municipal HR process configuration.
Operational integration aligned the CGI Advantage Human Resource Management Personnel Administration implementation with the earlier CGI Advantage Financial Management deployment to harmonize payroll posting and accounting workflows.
