Operationally the solution was used alongside program systems that support community services, notably Alchemy Service Management System for client records and Better Impact for volunteer management, with Wellbeing program staff authorising payments through the Tech1 invoice management system. The deployment covered accounts payable and finance processes supporting CHSP and Wellbeing programs, reflecting cross‑functional use by finance and community services staff. Governance focused on role based approval and operational controls for invoice authorisation, with Wellbeing Support Officer responsibilities including invoice authorisation as part of day to day program administration. The narrative highlights a configuration oriented approach to AP Automation, aligning TechnologyOne Intelligent Invoice Processing with existing service delivery systems and program administration workflows.
