Configuration work for AspireHR Cloud Benefits included development of compensation rules and custom allowance logic, leave plans configuration, statutory holiday rules and formulas, contingent and concurrent employment requirements, and onboarding, cross-boarding and off-boarding flows. The implementation encompassed deductions formulas and eligibility logic including registered pension plan rules, time codes and compensation code reviews, and gross to net pay calculations aligned to municipal payroll practices.
Testing and data governance were structured around hierarchical testing phases, with human capital system testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing documented as HC, SIT and UAT.
