In 2020, Club Assist implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial platform to standardize core finance and operations workflows. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment was positioned to support Club Assist's finance, procurement and operational reporting needs across its Australia operations. The implementation configured financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, procurement and financial reporting, using application-native configuration and workflow automation to enforce approval paths and period close controls. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts design, tax and statutory settings, supplier invoice automation and consolidated financial reporting capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Deployment architecture used the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations cloud-capable stack with separated environments for development, testing and production and standard API endpoints to support integrations with downstream operational systems and external reporting channels. Security and access controls were implemented using role assignments and environment-level segregation to align finance team responsibilities with system privileges. Governance focused on finance process standardization, change control and release planning, with structured training for finance and procurement staff to align operational processes to the new application. Ongoing functional support roles were established to manage configuration, business process requests and periodic application updates within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP Financial environment.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Field Service Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Club Assist implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service as the core Field Service Management platform within a broader end to end program covering core finance, core supply chain, field service, contact centre and an eCommerce portal. The implementation was scoped to operate eight major warehouses, 300 hubs and 1,200 road service field agents supporting customers including RACV, NRMA, RACQ and AANZ across Australia, New Zealand and North America. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service deployment emphasized standard field service capabilities including work order management, scheduling and dispatch, mobile workforce enablement and live inventory automation to support service level agreements. Configuration and automation work focused on connecting field workflows to financial and supply chain processes, provisioning mobile agents with managed devices, and instrumenting inventory flows for near real time visibility and SLA monitoring. Integrations were implemented with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for billing and revenue flows, with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for contact centre interactions, and with device management tooling Intune and SOTI to secure and manage field agent endpoints. The solution architecture tied field operations to the eCommerce portal and warehouse operations to enable automated inventory reconciliation and transactional handoff between field service and finance systems. Project governance included a centralized PMO setup, a formal tender and probity process, vendor onboarding, product development cycles, structured change management and release management to coordinate simultaneous rollouts across regional hubs. Delivery was executed under virtual conditions during the pandemic without impacting the approved project budget. The program transitioned approximately 350 million in billing revenue into the integrated platform, automated live inventory processes and improved SLAs for field agents, and the solution was shortlisted for Microsofts Global Field Service Solution of the Year award in 2021.
