Governance for the In-House ATS installation emphasized standardized hiring workflows, approval routing, and controlled user roles for recruiting and HR users. Data handling and candidate privacy controls were implemented within the applicant tracking workflows to align with applicable European data protection expectations while operating as the primary Applicant Tracking System for Commerzbank.
