Jedox Legacy Jedox Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) S&OP SCM n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, Construction Forms implemented Jedox Sales & Operations Planning to formalize its S&OP capability and centralize planning across finance and operations. The deployment targeted coordinated budgeting and scenario planning across commercial, operations, and finance stakeholders. The architecture centralized multiple ERP sources into a Snowflake and Jedox architecture, using Jedox Sales & Operations Planning as the planning and orchestration layer. The implementation aligned teams across the United States, Germany, and India and supported budgeting cycles and S&OP processes. Functional capabilities implemented included driver based forecasting, collaborative planning workflows, budgeting templates, and orchestration of the financial close through integrated planning schedules. The platform standardized data intake from disparate ERP feeds into a single model to enable cross functional scenario planning and more consistent demand and supply alignment. The deployment reduced the financial close from three weeks to seven days and enabled collaborative, driver based forecasting and faster integration of acquisitions. Governance changes introduced cross functional planning checkpoints and centralized model ownership to sustain the S&OP cadence across departments.
