| Tesorio | Legacy | Tesorio Accounts Receivable Automation | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Contentstack implemented Tesorio Accounts Receivable Automation to streamline accounts receivable workflows under the direction of Jun Feng, Global Corporate Controller. The implementation was executed by the finance organization and completed via Tesorio FastConnect in 30 minutes without IT support, positioning the deployment as a self-service onboarding for a lean finance team.
The deployment focused on AR Automation capabilities oriented to collections orchestration, including automated collections workflows, configurable communication cadence and tone, sender identity and recipient targeting, and centralized invoice aging and tracking. Tesorio Accounts Receivable Automation was configured to operationalize collections messaging and to provide the finance team with role-based views for execution and monitoring.
Operational integration emphasized creating a unified view from previously disconnected data sources, consolidating billing, invoicing, payments and customer records to support collections activity. The implementation covered Contentstack finance and collections functions and established tighter operational coordination with sales, marketing, customer success, and HR as part of collections workflows, reflecting the controller’s view of finance as a central coordinator across departments.
Governance and rollout were anchored by a finance-led adoption model, with Jun Feng driving configuration and ongoing process management, and with minimal external resources required. The quick onboarding reduced internal implementation overhead and enabled the finance team to treat collections as a coordinated process rather than an ad hoc activity.
Results reported with Tesorio include an 11 day reduction in DSO, a 25 percent increase in CEI, and a 10 percent reduction in overdue invoices, demonstrating measurable improvements in accounts receivable performance after the AR Automation deployment.
