Sage Business Cloud X3 (ex Sage ERP X3) was configured for core Finance and Distribution functionality, including a complete finance and distribution GAP analysis addressing Local Chart of Accounts and Corporate Chart of Accounts. The deployment included Fixed Assets module configuration, Budget module testing and training, and MTD VAT return form and boxes configuration, alongside creation and execution of test scripts, reconciliation processes, report creation, and month end closing procedures.
The program included coordinated data migration and cut over activities, with a dedicated data migration coordinator and data analyst roles to validate migrated balances and transactional data. Deliverables referenced use of the Polish legislation pack add on to Sage X3 V11.14 for the Poland company, and ongoing liaison with third party system providers and consultants located in the UK and Poland to align local statutory requirements and technical integrations.
