In 2015, Actinver implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial application. The deployment supported approximately 2,200 users across corporate and financial center operations, with core infrastructure hosted in a primary data center at KIO Tultitlan and a disaster recovery site in Santa Fe.
SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to deliver core financial modules consistent with ERP Financial implementations, including SAP Financial Accounting FI and Controlling CO, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury-oriented workflows. The implementation relied on SAP Basis administration and ECC configuration for ledgers, fiscal year variants, period closing orchestration and batch financial processing.
Operational integration tied SAP ERP ECC 6.0 into Actinver's broader technology stack, leveraging Oracle databases and middleware components identified in the environment such as Weblogic, IBM Websphere MQ, TIBCO and Red Hat Fuse, which enabled message and batch interfaces to adjacent systems including SAP Banking and Oracle Financials. The technical deployment ran on mixed platforms including IBM Power8 and x86 blades on VMware and Red Hat OpenStack, with enterprise storage arrays and an MPLS WAN plus DWDM links between data centers used for replication and high availability.
Governance and runbook responsibilities were organized under a Deputy Director reporting to the CIO, with an 85-person IT operations organization accountable for help desk, workplace support, incident, change and problem management, production support and SAP Basis operations for the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment. Process controls emphasized production support workflows and change orchestration to align ERP Financial operations with banking and finance business functions.

In 2020 Actinver went live on the CLSNet service using Hyperledger Fabric as its Blockchain Platform for bilateral foreign exchange payment netting. IBM served as the implementation partner in the CLS and bank collaboration that delivered the DLT based CLSNet payment netting service.
The deployment used Hyperledger Fabric to establish a permissioned consortium ledger, implementing channel level segregation and chaincode based business logic to automate bilateral netting processes. The architecture integrated participant nodes for market members and core ledger services managed as part of the CLSNet network, reflecting a consortium model where multiple banks interact over a shared Fabric fabric ledger.
Functional capabilities implemented by Actinver on Hyperledger Fabric included automated bilateral payment netting, standardized settlement instruction orchestration, intraday liquidity visibility, and counterparty exposure awareness to support post trade processing. The implementation targeted operations and post trade functions within the bank and integrated into foreign exchange settlement workflows covering more than 120 currencies supported on the CLSNet platform.
Governance and rollout were executed as part of CLSNet’s initial market participant cohort, with standardized netting rules and onboarding processes to reduce manual interventions and improve operational consistency across participants. Outcomes cited in the implementation included enhanced real time awareness of currency and counterparty exposures, reduced operational processes and related risks, and expanded industry level settlement netting capabilities as stated by participating institutions.

The Microsoft 365 deployment focuses on Collaboration capabilities and aligns with standard Microsoft 365 functional modules, including Exchange Online email, Microsoft Teams for synchronous communication, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document and content management, and Office web and desktop applications for productivity. Configuration supports team workspaces, document co-authoring and centralized content repositories consistent with Collaboration use cases.
Operational coverage extends across corporate employees within Actinver’s banking and financial services organization, shifting routine communication, document workflows and knowledge sharing toward Microsoft 365 Collaboration services. Administrative controls are managed through a centralized Microsoft 365 tenant model with role based access and identity and access management consistent with Microsoft 365 governance patterns.
Governance and rollout emphasize tenant level policy controls and site level permission structures to manage collaboration and content lifecycle inside the Microsoft 365 application. The implementation positions Microsoft 365 as the institutional Collaboration layer supporting internal communications and document collaboration across the firm.
