Lusis Payments Legacy Lusis TANGO Payment Processing ERP Financial Management n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 Credit Agricole integrated Lusis TANGO into its global payments project. The bank implemented Lusis TANGO LitePOS, called TMS for the bank, to manage a large POS estate across Europe and to centralize Payment Processing functions for terminal lifecycle management. The rollout concentrated on POS and terminal management and on enabling value added services such as loyalty and promotions. Lusis TANGO LitePOS was configured to act as the bank s terminal management system, supporting remote provisioning, configuration orchestration and point of sale service delivery consistent with Payment Processing workflows. The implementation was embedded in the bank s global payments program and covered the bank s European operations, targeting merchant and branch POS estates to introduce consistent terminal management practices across multiple countries. The TMS designation served as the operational reference for the terminal fleet and value added service provisioning. Rollout governance emphasized centralized control of terminal configuration and staged regional rollouts under the TMS program. The initiative was intended to increase flexibility and scalability and to reduce terminal costs across Credit Agricole s European operations.

The rollout concentrated on multiple business functions related to the home loan lifecycle within the Brittany region, with governance driven by departmental operational teams using Process Explorer 360 outputs to prioritize remediation and process redesign. Initial outcomes reported in 2022 included faster bottleneck identification and improved end to end process transparency.
