The implementation integrated M3 Accounting Core with property systems and supporting HR payroll tools, specifically ONQ PMS for property transaction flows, ADP Timesaver and ADP Portal for payroll touchpoints, QuickBooks for select workflows, and My Digital Office auditing systems for hotel revenue and expense audit trails. The architecture emphasized centralized transaction feeds into M3 Accounting Core for reconciliation and period close, enabling consistent balance sheet control and timely bank reconciliations. Governance and process controls were formalized around Crestline SOPs and CHR established guidelines, with continual internal audits, controls over purchasing, cash handling and disbursements, and mandated reconciliation cadences. Operational outcomes documented in role-level accounts include resolving outstanding departmental balances within a 30 day window and achieving 100% compliance with My Digital Office auditing, while ensuring hotels recorded revenues and expenses in accordance with CHR guidelines using M3 Accounting Core.
