In 2025 Croma India implemented Paradiso LMS under the Learning and Development category to deploy a gamified employee training program focused on product knowledge, customer service, and sales. Paradiso LMS was configured with gamification and mobile learning modules and instrumented to support assessment workflows and content consumption tracking across learner cohorts.
The implementation emphasized Paradiso LMS gamification features such as points, badges and leaderboards to raise learner engagement, coupled with mobile learning modules for on-the-floor access to training content.
