Odoo Legacy Odoo Hospital Management Hospital Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Cure International implemented Odoo Hospital Management to centralize clinical and administrative operations across its network. The deployment targeted the nonprofit’s children’s hospitals across Asia and Africa and a distribution center in Michigan, United States, and addressed persistent inventory and procurement challenges under the Hospital Management category. The Odoo Hospital Management solution was deployed as a cloud based ERP and was executed by Brainvire. Key modules configured included an HRMS covering about 1000 employees, inventory and procurement management, purchase order processing, vendor relationship workflows, and a custom purchase agreement management system. Financial capabilities implemented included multi currency transactions, bank integration, automated reconciliation, and payroll management. Clinical capabilities implemented within the Hospital Management scope included patient management, electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, and billing. These modules were configured to align clinical records with administrative billing and to reflect inventory consumption for surgical and treatment supplies, supporting integrated patient to finance workflows. Operational coverage extended across hospital sites in Asia and Africa and procurement and distribution operations from the Michigan distribution center, with multi site inventory tracking and automated reorder processes. Integrations explicitly included banking systems for payment processing and reconciliation and multi currency handling to support cross region transactions. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized procurement workflows, internal requisition returns to vendors, and automated reconciliation and payroll processes to strengthen control across departments. The Odoo Hospital Management implementation delivered efficient inventory replenishment, streamlined purchase order and vendor management, and improved coordination of clinical and administrative processes, outcomes that Cure International reported as exceeding expectations.
