The implementation targeted both servicing and originations functions within the company. The ICE Mortgage Black Knight Actionable Intelligence Platform was configured to deliver strategic, proactive and actionable analytics to specific user roles, surfacing next best actions and operational signals across the servicing lifecycle. CUSO Home Lending also adopted McDash industry reports for delinquency, prepayment, roll rate and state level mortgage performance analysis to support benchmarking and portfolio management. Empower was introduced to automate processing with configurable logic, enabling lights out processing and triggering both automated and manual tasks when configured parameters change. AIP and McDash were integrated with the MSP servicing platform and Black Knight property records database, leveraging advanced analytics and automated valuation models to enrich mortgage and property data. These integrations enabled analytics to be consumed by servicing teams, portfolio managers and strategy analysts, supporting loan onboarding, cash management, investor reporting, loss mitigation and default workflows. Servicing Digital exposed consumer facing data through responsive web and native apps by accessing MSP and the linked data services. Operational governance was adjusted to route analytics driven alerts and workflows to the appropriate operational owners, with configurable thresholds in the LOS and AIP determining when automated tasks execute and when manual interventions are required. Implementation emphasized role based data delivery and orchestration of tasks across servicing and origination teams to align analytics signals with operational remediation. The company stated the combined deployment is intended to enhance operational efficiencies, improve compliance and support business growth, while improving member experience and retention. The ICE Mortgage Black Knight Actionable Intelligence Platform serves as the central Analytics and BI capability within this integrated servicing and origination architecture.
