The deployment integrated the Avature ATS workflow with the site HRIS and payroll systems, explicitly provisioning hires into SAP for HR data and into ADP Etime for timekeeping, cost center assignment, scheduling, and supervisor mapping. Recruiting and HR operations workflows were extended to coordinate drug test and background check processes and to feed orientation and onboarding status into ADP systems for payroll readiness. Governance was maintained through a local HRBP model with corporate oversight, with the Human Resources Manager responsible for managing recruiting, compliance, FMLA and leave initiation, worker's compensation workflows, and COVID-19 absence tracking. The Avature ATS-driven hiring program supported an aggressive hiring cadence from July to November 2021 and aligned with wage adjustments that took effect in September 2021. Outcomes documented at the site include a reduction in turnover by over 50 percent and an increase in staffed headcount from roughly 120 employees and managers with 30 temporary workers to 245 employees and managers with 5 temporary workers within nine months.
