| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Invoice | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Deutsche Bank UK implemented SAP Concur Invoice to support AP Automation for the CMTS FX Sales desk and executive support functions. The deployment focused on processing invoices and expense claims using SAP Concur Invoice, aligning the application with desk-level accounts payable and travel expense administration for four Managing Directors and the COO for CMTS FX Sales.
Configuration concentrated on invoice capture and expense reporting workflows, travel and itinerary management, and approval routing consistent with AP Automation functional terminology. Day to day use explicitly included processing invoices and expense claims using Concur, extensive diary management across multiple time zones, arranging global video conferences and complex global travel including VISA coordination, and distribution of weekly division reports.
Operational scope was scoped to the CMTS FX Sales function within Deutsche Bank UK, supporting desk assistants, back-up assistants, analysts, and senior management interactions rather than a bank wide rollout. Governance was exercised through Concur driven workflow approvals and transactional processing for travel, client entertainment and invoice flows, with the system serving as the authoritative AP Automation tool for desk-level invoice and expense handling.

| First Advantage | Legacy | First Advantage | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2019 |
In 2018 Deutsche Bank UK implemented First Advantage as its BackGround Screening application to support global HR and contingent workforce programs. The First Advantage deployment was positioned alongside a broader Workday HR rollout and the bank's Controls Monitoring initiatives within the Chief Data and Innovation Office.
The implementation focused on screening orchestration and candidate screening workflows integrated into Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Internal Mobility, and Contingent Worker processes. Configuration work emphasized automated case management, results adjudication, and data exchange with HR master records to enable end to end background screening as part of hiring and contingent worker onboarding flows.
First Advantage was integrated into a complex integration fabric, including Workday HR, ServiceNow, Ariba Financials, Stirling, Beeline and other cloud systems, forming part of a program of roughly 40 integrations. Operational scope spanned 51 countries and covered employee and contingent worker populations, including a stated contingent worker population of 65,000 contractors globally.
Governance and program control were run from the Chief Data and Innovation Office with a Global HR Product Owner and a Global Digital Programme Director overseeing UAT, SIT, testing, data migration, change management and vendor management. The program budgetary and delivery controls included a reported 50 million pound program budget, adherence to regulatory KPI frameworks including BCBS239 requirements, and third party delivery coordination with Accenture while operating in a unionized environment with Workers Councils.

In 2011, Deutsche Bank UK implemented Temenos T24 as part of a UK PWM Finance Change program, deploying Temenos T24 to address finance requirements analysis and delivery oversight for a new product launch. The implementation was anchored in the Core Banking category and focused on aligning banking platform capabilities to Private Wealth Management finance requirements.
The engagement emphasized configuration of finance centric functionality within Temenos T24, including general ledger alignment, accounting and revenue recognition workflows, product configuration for new deposit and investment offerings, and reconciliation automation consistent with Core Banking operations.
