Functional capabilities implemented emphasize profile unification, customer analytics and segmentation, and real time data ingestion to drive personalized marketing and communications for members.
Integrations were delivered to leverage RICS existing Microsoft footprint, with the platform natively integrating with the wider Microsoft tech stack and aligning with Azure and Power BI for analytics and reporting. Operational coverage targets RICS marketing and business intelligence functions and supports a global membership base spanning five continents and over 134,000 members.
Governance and rollout were driven through Kin + Carta consultancy and marketing technology expertise to align platform capabilities with RICS member engagement objectives and campaign delivery practices.
