| Prosperoware | Legacy | Prosperoware Milan | Content Management | Content Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 | In 2015 DLA Piper (NZ) implemented Prosperoware Milan as a Content Management application, deploying the solution alongside a new iManage Worksite installation to improve centralized document control. The rollout was anchored in the firm’s Global Service Center in Warsaw and explicitly tied Prosperoware Milan to the international Worksite estate for consolidated content handling. Configuration work for Prosperoware Milan focused on standard content management capabilities, including document consolidation and lifecycle controls, while the project also implemented Tikit Classification Manager for one department to enforce taxonomy and classification workflows. Technical tasks included preparing performance and statistic reports from all international Worksite SQL databases, providing operational visibility into the distributed content stores. Integrations in the implementation environment connected Prosperoware Milan with the iManage Worksite SQL databases to support reporting and content consolidation, and with Tikit Classification Manager for departmental classification enforcement. The operational scope covered the Global Service Center in Warsaw and the wider international Worksite database footprint, aligning Content Management functions with firmwide document repositories. Governance activities centered on establishing standardized classification workflows for the implemented department and instituting performance and statistics reporting across Worksite SQL instances to support oversight. The engagement also drew on hands on knowledge of Intapp Wall Builder, Ravn, Prosperoware Milan and Prosperoware Consolidator, which informed configuration and consolidation approaches during the implementation. | |
