ISAH Business software Legacy ISAH ERP Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations Komexo 2017 2017
In 2017, DMT Environmental Technology implemented ISAH ERP. The Manufacturing ERP deployment was executed with Komexo as the Isah partner and an initial go-live at the Joure headquarters in October 2017, focusing on primary processes such as invoicing, purchasing and time booking. DMT implemented ISAH ERP as a Manufacturing ERP to centralize project, purchasing and finance business functions. Implemented functional capabilities include project management for engineer-to-order and configure-to-order workflows, purchasing and procurement processing, invoicing and hour registration, parts list and bill of materials management, and service notification tracking, enabling faster pre-calculation to post-calculation comparisons and improved maintainability data capture. Integrations were scoped explicitly for finance, a connection with Accountview being a stated selection criterion and implemented to support financial flows. The rollout covered the Joure HQ and was extended gradually to other company sites including locations in the United States, Asia and Canada, consolidating multiple departmental records into one system to provide a single source of truth for approximately 100 plus employees running 15 to 20 complex, long lead time projects per year. Project governance was driven by a clear set of knock-out criteria established during selection, led by Arne Jelmer Nijmeijer, with Komexo providing tailored demos and a reference visit to validate fit. The implementation remained within the original planning horizon and did not significantly exceed budget, and reported operational effects include faster processing, more efficient parts list management, improved service registration and a stronger data flow for organizational monitoring. DMT stated future plans to add Mobile Field Service, a BI solution to surface ISAH ERP data, and additional integrations to expand automation.
