Governance and process responsibilities were distributed across recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition Managers who managed candidate status updates and onboarding checklists within Greenhouse ATS. The operational implementation produced measurable recruiting outcomes as documented in recruiting notes, including a 10% increase in qualified candidates sourced and screened when Greenhouse ATS was used in combination with My Robot.Works and targeted sourcing workflows.
