Named integrations include DocuSign for electronic signature orchestration and Paystand for click-to-pay invoice and statement payments, each integrated to streamline business flows and reduce manual document handling. Operational coverage extended across finance, sales, contracts, marketing and customer support, supported by data uploads, custom records for training, work orders, statements of work and registrations, and an intranet to document customizations and optimize change management. Governance and process change were led by the NetSuite administrator working with key stakeholders to manage user access, training and ongoing data hygiene, and to implement a structured lead follow up process for marketing campaigns with ROI reporting. Outcomes reported by the team include drastically reduced time spent preparing signing and filing documents back into NetSuite and improved turnaround on order processing, which allowed DSI Global to recognize revenue dramatically faster.
