The implementation was positioned to support an 800 person professional services organization and focused on user access management, data quality controls, and workflow automation across finance, contracts, sales and support.
Configuration work centered on the NetSuite OneWorld environment and the Vertical Contracts Module, where DSI Global created custom segmentation, fields and processes to track contract eligibility for technical support and upsell opportunities. The team built complex saved searches and reports for use in sub-lists and dashboards to surface actionable data, implemented complex billing schedules that generate transaction-specific language on the fly, and designed advanced PDF templates using Freemarker to produce signature-ready contract documents directly from Oracle NetSuite ERP.
Named integrations include DocuSign for electronic signature orchestration and Paystand for click-to-pay invoice and statement payments, each integrated to streamline business flows and reduce manual document handling. Operational coverage extended across finance, sales, contracts, marketing and customer support, supported by data uploads, custom records for training, work orders, statements of work and registrations, and an intranet to document customizations and optimize change management.
Governance and process change were led by the NetSuite administrator working with key stakeholders to manage user access, training and ongoing data hygiene, and to implement a structured lead follow up process for marketing campaigns with ROI reporting. Outcomes reported by the team include drastically reduced time spent preparing signing and filing documents back into NetSuite and improved turnaround on order processing, which allowed DSI Global to recognize revenue dramatically faster.
