The deployment emphasized data extraction and analytics so decision-makers could obtain detailed product and stock information to inform forecasting, stock and production planning, and sales quoting. Melbourne-based SAP Gold Partner Acclimation led the rollout as implementation partner and worked in partnership with the PNG team during cutover and stabilization. Stated outcomes included a smoother quoting process for the PNG sales team, improved inventory analysis and visibility, and a reported reduction in stock adjustments of more than 80 percent.
