The cloud-based SaaS architecture of SAP Business ByDesign was integrated with DuluxGroup PNG operational systems for inventory, orders, sales, manufacturing, and shipping, providing consolidated product and stock data and enabling remote access and reporting across sites. The deployment emphasized data extraction and analytics so decision-makers could obtain detailed product and stock information to inform forecasting, stock and production planning, and sales quoting.
Melbourne-based SAP Gold Partner Acclimation led the rollout as implementation partner and worked in partnership with the PNG team during cutover and stabilization. Stated outcomes included a smoother quoting process for the PNG sales team, improved inventory analysis and visibility, and a reported reduction in stock adjustments of more than 80 percent.
