Integrations were defined to connect FIS GETPAID to corporate ERP and bank channels for payment acceptance and reconciliation, supporting operational coverage for finance, treasury, and accounts receivable teams in the United States.
Governance was structured around a cross-functional steering group led by IT and finance, using change control and phased rollout to manage configuration updates and user onboarding.
