Oracle Microsoft Dynamics GP Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, EagleView Technologies implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment targeted core ERP Financial functions and replaced Microsoft Dynamics GP as the primary accounting platform. The project scope focused on daily payments processing through electronic funds transfer and bank lockbox channels, daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, and management of over 150 customer accounts including top enterprise accounts with annual revenues from $5,000 to $15,000,000. Operational responsibilities included monthly, bi monthly and daily invoicing and account reconciliations across the finance and accounting organization. Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to support accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, bank reconciliation, and credit management workflows. The implementation incorporated bank lockbox posting rules, EFT cash application configuration, and reconciliation routines for credit card transaction feeds, while retaining parallel reconciliation using Great Plains during cutover. Reporting and analytics workflows were instrumented to support spreadsheet driven analysis, with staff creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas to analyze large data volumes and reconcile accounts. Credit evaluation workflows for Net30 applicants were embedded into AR processes to standardize credit analysis. Integrations tied the ERP to bank lockbox feeds, electronic funds transfer flows, and credit card transaction feeds to automate cash application and streamline posting. The deployment covered the corporate accounting and billing teams and supported invoicing cadences for enterprise and smaller accounts, while addressing invoicing issues affecting cross functional teams such as sales and customer support. Staff assisted with year end audit activities and maintained month end and ad hoc reconciliations during the transition period. Governance work included updating existing process documentation and creating new procedure guides for Oracle NetSuite ERP workflows, and training new hires on daily payments received through EFT and bank lockbox operations. The implementation formalized AR governance around invoicing cadence, reconciliation ownership, and credit review, and produced documentation to preserve auditability during and after the migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Apache Software Legacy Apache MXNet AI Frameworks and Libraries AI Development n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, EagleView Technologies implemented Apache MXNet Category "" to build deep learning models that analyze aerial and satellite imagery for rapid property damage assessment for insurance clients. The deployment focused on automated image classification and per address damage scoring workflows to enable assessments within 24 hours after disasters. Apache MXNet was used to train convolutional neural network models and deploy them into a production inference pipeline, leveraging GPU accelerated training on cloud infrastructure. The implementation included data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and model level scoring capabilities to produce per address damage assessments. The US based deployment scaled on AWS GPU instances and used Amazon ECS for production inference, instrumenting GPU backed containers for real time batch processing of post event imagery. Operational coverage centered on insurance claims and property assessment teams, with production inference integrated into EagleView operational pipelines for rapid turnaround. Governance emphasized model evaluation and comparability to human adjusters, the project reported model level accuracy comparable to human adjusters, for example about 96% per address accuracy in a published case. The architecture combined Apache MXNet with cloud GPU scaling and containerized inference on ECS to support time sensitive insurance workflows.
